Who we are
This policy covers dinvoice.pk, the website of DInvoice (Digital Invoice Integrator), FBR digital invoicing software for Pakistani businesses. You can reach us at sales@dinvoice.pk.
What this website collects
You can read this website without creating an account or giving us personal information.
The contact form does not send your details to our servers. When you press "Send Message", it opens WhatsApp with your message prefilled; nothing is shared until you choose to send it in WhatsApp, where WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
If you call, email or message us, we use the details you provide — such as your name, business, phone number and email — to reply and, if you choose, to set up the service.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Analytics, cookies and browser storage
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website — for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and which buttons (such as Start Free Trial or WhatsApp) are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not tell us who you are. Google's privacy policy applies to this data: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser.
This website does not use advertising cookies. It also uses your browser's session storage to remember whether you closed the announcement banner during your visit.
The DInvoice application
Invoices and business data you enter in the DInvoice web app (connect.dinvoice.pk) are processed to provide the service — including transmitting invoices to FBR through PRAL's Digital Invoicing API, as Pakistani law requires. That processing is governed by your service agreement with us.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to provide the service (for example, with FBR/PRAL for invoice reporting), with service providers who help us operate, or where the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us by emailing sales@dinvoice.pk. Some records — such as invoices reported to FBR — may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
Changes
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and its effective date.
